Service-Based Payments
All payments made on this website are for professional consultation and construction estimation services including, but not limited to:
Construction cost estimation
Pre-bid quantity takeoff
BOQ preparation
Tender estimation
Material quantity estimation
Subcontractor bid preparation
Professional consultation
No Refund After Service Delivery
Once estimation services or consultation services have been delivered or work has commenced, the payment is non-refundable.
Cancellation Requests
If a client requests cancellation before the work has started, the request may be reviewed by NYS Enterprises. Any refund decision will be made at the sole discretion of NYS Enterprises.
